Frontliners aspires to be a super app for doctors. It acts as a platform for doctors of Bangladesh to connect and share their ideas, case studies, and analyses of their experiences in their profession. To make the app more user-friendly, user-centric design guidelines were to be followed

The primary goal of this project was to make a better, more profession-focused app suited specifically for millennial doctors. To incorporate several features that were found by prior research (FGD sessions and one-on-one interviews).
And as the research suggested, the secondary goal was to give a familiar feeling while using the app; which is similar to other popular social media platforms.
The key objective was to make the app simple and curated for the targeted audiences. This means fewer distractions; while making their professional lives a bit easier. I followed a user-centric design approach that helped me to fulfill these objectives.
At first, I developed paper wireframes and they were very helpful to get an understanding of the whole app. Then low-fidelity wireframe and prototype were created and tested. After integrating the feedback from several users, I made a high-fidelity prototype of the app and it was tested again. Here are some shots of the hi-fidelity prototype
The project resulted in 5 times more user retention rate
DAU (Daily active users) increased by 23%
